Уважаемый Анатолий Григорьевич!

Я с определенным интересом воспринял информацию о стремлении Вашей администрации открыть в Волгограде общественную приемную президента Р.Ф. Д.А. Медведева.
Президент Д.А Медведев своими в области реформирования системы ФСИН вселяет надежду, что реформу будут столь же решительно проведены как в МВД РФ, так и в системе прокуратуры.
Так как самое страшное для общества демократического государства, это когда коррупция проникает в структуры, призванные именем закона защищать права и свободы граждан. Коррумпированный милиционер, следователь, прокурор и т.д. по большому счету, является врагом общества и государства, ибо своими направлениями шагами подрывают у граждан доверие к власти вообще, и к ее руководителям, в частности.
Я очень надеюсь, что Вы внимательно проанализируете состояние дел с отношением к правам человека со стороны силовых структур Волгоградской области. Continue reading »

Нашел в интернете еще кое что о Саше Фрадисе. Долго думал, публиковать или нет. Если про меня распространялся пресс-релиз прокуратуры, то в Сашином случае детективные фантазии местечкового журналиста без имени и отечества. Чего стоят такие перлы как: “Милиционеры сразу же рванули на предельной скорости в аэропорт…” и “Немало усилий довелось приложить сотрудникам подразделения железнодорожной милиции, специализирующегося на преступлениях в интеллектуальной сфере (руководитель - подполковник Сергей Бездетный), чтобы взломать «банк данных».”  Это в 2001 году, в железнодорожной милиции! I was tormented by a feeling of guilt for a long time with respect to Sasha. It reminded me the plot of the film “Island”; it had something in common with this film. We had a competition with each other, later we saw each other in Odessa; again it was the notorious Met-Art. Now time has arranged everything in their right places.
For some period of time I thought that Sasha had tricked Maurizio when he had bought his photos of 13 years old models. But not, everything is continuing now it is like a double game. I have met my old fried Yura Devyatkin. With presence of Erotella I asked him a question, whether there were photos of under aged girls on the Met-Art. He answered shortly that there were, there are and there will be photos of under aged girls there. Several girls have recently come to him according to the ad for posing for a photo. He checked their certificates and it was found out that they were under aged. He asked them to come in a year or two when they would be 18 years old. In a month their photos were on the Met-Art. They have always asked younger girls and they did not check strictly their certificates and releases. Devyatkin says that Ingret and a lot of others permanent authors of the Met-Art are not fastidious about such shootings…Later cameramen and models became used materials and the same thing happened to Sasha but he wrote fairly about it…

Grigory Galitsin a human or a monster?
On the 28th of August the famous photo artist Grigory Galitsin has the last word in the court of Volgograd. They want to punish him for the shootings of half-naked girls and they also kept him in prison for several years. He was released from the prison not long ago but the attorney still wants a punishment for 7 years for him. The most interesting thing that Grigory Galitsin has a document according to what the expert commission which took part in the investigation about the case was close down one year before the investigation! The MET in MET ART originally stood for “Most Erotic Teens.” The site is focused on solo female softcore content, and does not cover images illustrating penetration, masturbation or other such direct sexual activities. I wanted to write about things which I have been coming across during the last 10 years. About 500 of photographers are working for the Met-Art. It is no use to search because the site is closed from the Russian Federation. You can find there your daughters, friends and wife. Every photographer has more than 10 his own models in a different way the photo shooting is unprofitable. The girl will come into circulation after 2-3 years if she starts taking shootings from 18. If she starts from 15 than she will have more chances to become famous. Than subscribers demand more photos and the demand for models are increasing. The owner has never treated the age of the models strictly the photographers always shoulder the responsibility. After several weeks of communicating with him the photographer already knew how to bypass this problem. Till December of 2003 in Russian Federation it was possible to take shootings of 16 year –old models without abusing the law. Earlier the age of agreement was 14. I have asked the owner of the Met-Art why he did not buy photos from the American photographers. And during a while I received the answers on these questions. He paid Russian photographers 2 till 6 dollars per photo. Americans wanted from 25 dollars per photo. In the Czech Republic one shooting day of the model costs from 150 Euro. Beautiful and popular girls demand from 1000 Euro per day. In relation to girls who take shootings into erotic movies the Russian Federation is just a rough appendix of the Met-Art. The business of the Met-Art is increasing every year and there are a lot of web studios working for him. Till September of 2006 our site our site was competing with them very successful. Now we are judging for 3 years. I was in prison for 2 years 2 months 8 days, and my wife Irina was in prison for 1 year 8 months and 15 days…If you read the rest of the statistic figures of the Russian Federation you will find out to whom it was profitable! Я хотел написать только про то, с чем я сталкивался на протяжении десяти лет. Около 500 фотографов в России, работает на Met-Art. Не трудитесь нажимать, сайт закрыт от России по ай-пи адресу. Вы можете найти там своих жен, подруг и дочерей. У каждого из этих фотографов больше десятка постоянных моделей, иначе съемка нерентабельна. В тираж девушка выходит через 2-3 года, если начинает с 18 лет. Если начинает с 15, то шансов стать популярной больше. Тогда подписчики сайта требуют новые фотографии и спрос на модель растет. Владелец никогда не относился строго к возрасту моделей, перекладывая ответственность на фотографов. Через пару недель общения с ним, фотограф уже понимал как можно обойти эту проблему. До декабря 2003 года в России, не нарушая законы можно было снимать 16 летних моделей. Еще раньше возраст согласия был 14 лет. Я часто задавал вопрос владельцу Met-Art, почему он не закупает фотографии у американских фотографов. Я в течении времени получил ответы на многие вопросы. Русским он платил от 2 до 6 долларов за фотографию. Американцы просили от 25 долларов. В Чехии сьемочный день модели стоит от 150 евро минимально. Красивые и популярные девушки просят 1000 евро за день. Таким образом Россия в отношении девушек снимающихся в эротических сьемках, является сырьевым придатком Met-Art. Его бизнес с каждым годом расширяется, множится число вебкам студий работающих на него. До сентября 2006 года наш сайт успешно конкурировал с ним. Сейчас мы три года судимся.
